解決IDEA中：Error running Tomcat8: Address localhost:1099 is already in use

今天在運行Web項目的時候，突然運行不起來，最後報Error running Tomcat8: Address localhost:1099 is already in use   從而致web項目無法運行。看了一下原來是1099端口被佔用，  解決辦法如下：   首先window+r  進入到cmd裏面   執行netstat –ano命令 這樣一看佔用1099的端口號的pid是11036，之後
