[Input-number]數字輸入框組件

需求

實現關鍵

• Vue組件是單向數據流，沒法從組件內部直接修改prop的值，解決辦法就是給組件生命一個data，默認引用prop值，而後在組件內部維護這個data

• 上述解決了初始化引用父組件value的問題，但若是父組件更新了value，input-number組件中的currentValue也須要一塊兒更新
