Container with Most Water
Given n non-negative integers a1, a2, ..., an, where each represents a point at coordinate (i, ai). n vertical lines are drawn such that the two endpoints of line i is at (i, ai) and (i, 0). Find two lines, which together with x-axis forms a container, such that the container contains the most water.

**思路**
對撞指針問題， Volume = Width * Min(left_Height, right_Height). 求最大致積，當縮小寬度時， 則高度必須比原來大。---->兩邊指針選較小的一個靠近直到比原來的Height大。 # 此程序實現中省略了內層while。
