jupyter登錄上，但是新建python3連接失敗,報500錯誤的解決辦法

1.問題引入，使用annocanda搭建Python後，一直不知道有jupyter 這個模塊，偶然想用一下，發現無法使用，報500的錯   2.解決辦法：   把jupyter的依賴tornado卸載，然後重裝tornado==5.1.1 就ok(其他版本可能也行，只測試了5.1.1) pip uninstall tornado pip install tornado==5.1.1
