python使用jupyter Notebook時，沒有擴展功能解決方法。

打開cmd運行，pip install jupyter_contrib_nbextensions && jupyter contrib nbextension install 等待下載完成  等待下載完後，打開Jupyter Notebook 這時候就有了視頻教程裏面的這種界面了。  新手用來記錄一些小白學習遇到的困難。
