kubernetes集羣搭建報錯：error #0: dial tcp 127.0.0.1:4001: connect: connection refused

本人嘗試部署k8s。安裝了etcd，配置如下：但是運行 etcdctl cluster-health。始終報錯： error #0: dial tcp 127.0.0.1:4001: connect: connection refused error #1: client: endpoint http://127.0.0.1:2379 exceeded header timeout 求大神解惑。謝
